Pinehurst - Course #4 Forest Creek - South Course Forest Creek - North Course

DATES: November 11-14, 2007

EVENT: 54-hole net best ball format. Each team consists of 3 amateurs with an Illinois PGA professional. Entry includes all golf fees, accommodations at the historic Manor Inn, opening reception, awards dinner and daily team prizes.

AGENDA:

November 11 - Arrival and evening registration at the Manor Inn.
November 12 - Golf at Pinehurst - Course #4. Evening reception to follow golf.
November 13 - Golf at Forest Creek - South Course.
November 14 - Golf at Forest Creek - North Course. Awards luncheon.

DRESS CODE: Contestants may not wear blue jeans and may not wear collarless T-shirt or tank tops. Men will observe the dress code of the PGA TOUR, Women will observe the dress code of the LPGA TOUR.

SPIKELESS POLICY: Metal and/or soil penetrating spikes will not be allowed.
