HOST FACILITY: The Glen Club - 2901 W. Lake Avenue, Glenview, Illinois 60025 - (847) 724-7272.

EVENT: 54 Holes of Stroke Play to determine the 2007 Illinois Open Champion. The field will be cut after 36 holes to the low 50 scores returned, plus ties. The final round on Wednesday will begin at 9:00 a.m. off both the 1st and 10th tees. A phone number where Wednesday tee times may be obtained will be posted at the scoreboard. Wednesday pairings will also be available on www.ipga.com.

PLAYOFF: In case of a tie for the Championship, there will be a three-hole total stroke playoff following the posting of the final scores. If the tie has not been broken after three holes, the playoff shall continue at sudden death. Playoff holes to be determined by Tournament Committee.

PRACTICE ROUNDS: One complimentary practice round will be available to each of the contestants in the final field. Practice rounds must be scheduled no earlier than 5 days in advance. To schedule a practice round starting time, please contact the The Glen Club at (847) 724-7272. Availability:

- Monday, July 23rd - Anytime
- Saturday, July 28th - After 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday, July 29th - After 4:00 p.m.
- Monday, July 30th - Anytime
- Saturday, August 4th - After 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday, August 5th - After 1:00, but before 3:00 p.m.*

*The golf course will be closed on Sunday, August 5th at 3:00 p.m. for preparation for the Illinois Open.

PRACTICE RANGE: The practice range will be available for all competitors from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. each day of the Championship.

LOCKER ROOM: Available, Please prepare for golf in the locker room.

TRANSPORTATION: A motorized cart or caddie shall be required for all competitors. Players may not carry their own golf bags.

CADDIES: Contestants may bring their own caddies. Caddies WILL be available at The Glen Club. Caddies must be reserved ahead of time. To reserve a caddie, please contact Dustin Kreft at (847) 832-6410.

All spectators must walk, unless a documented medical condition requiring the use of a golf car has been approved by the Tournament Committee by July 30, 2007. Please contact the Illinois PGA at (847) 729-5700 if a spectator following you requires a medical exemption. NO ON-SITE REQUESTS FOR SPECTATOR CARTS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED.

LATE START RULE: Contestants failing to appear on their assigned tee at the designated time will be assessed a two (2) stroke penalty. Contestants failing to appear on the designated tee within five minutes of their assigned time will be disqualified. (USGA Decision 6-3a/2). CONTESTANTS TEEING OFF ON HOLE #10 WILL BE SHUTTLED TO THE TEE. PLEASE BE AT SHUTTLE DROP OFF/ PICK UP LOCATION NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME.

DRESS CODE: Blue jeans, tee shirts and tank tops are not acceptable apparel for competitors. Men will observe the dress code of the PGA TOUR (NO SHORTS). Caddies must wear a shirt (no tank tops) and shoes at all times. Caddies must also wear a caddie bib, available (deposit required) at tournament registration. There will be no exceptions. A competitor in breach of this policy shall be DISQUALIFIED.

SPIKELESS POLICY: Metal and/or soil penetrating spikes will not be allowed for competitors or caddies. Please refer to the policy in the Tournament Rules & Regulations. A competitor in breach of this policy shall be DISQUALIFIED.

ELECTRONIC MEASURING DEVICES: The Illinois PGA will allow the use of devices that measure distance only in the 2007 Illinois Open Championship. The use of devices that gauge or measure other conditions that might affect a player's play, (e.g., wind, temperature, gradient, etc.) regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used, is not permitted. (USGA Rule 14-3). A competitor in breach of this policy shall be DISQUALIFIED.

PROHIBITION OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES: Competitors and their caddies are prohibited from using electronic devices which can be used for incoming and/or outgoing communications during their stipulated round. Any electronic device which is powered-on is deemed to be in use. A competitor in breach of this policy shall be DISQUALIFIED.
