Illinois PGA Golf Professional of the Year Jim Opp of Palatine, Ill., heads a list of 10 recipients who were recently honored at the 2009 Illinois PGA Special Awards Reception at Medinah (Ill.) C.C. Opp, PGA head golf professional at Bonnie Dundee G.C., is the 55th recipient of the Illinois PGA Golf Professional of the Year Award, the highest honor bestowed on a PGA professional.
