47th National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship Tournament Information Page
The 47th National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship takes place November 16-19 at the PGA Golf Club
GOLF, Ill. – November 8, 2023 – Three Illinois PGA Professionals will represent the Section at the 47th National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship next week, Nov. 16-19 at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Fla. Illinois PGA Professionals qualified for this event in June at the National Car Rental Illinois Assistant PGA Professional Championship at Briarwood Country Club in Deerfield, Ill.
The National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship features 132 Assistant PGA Professionals competing in a four-day, 72-hole stroke play tournament. A-8 PGA Members and registered B-8 Associates (who have completed Level 1 of the PGM Program) were eligible to qualify for this event through their local Section. The 47th National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Champion will receive an automatic berth into the 2024 PGA Professional Championship. The top four finishers, including ties, will earn berths in the 2024 National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship.

- Central Illinois PGA Chapter Championship at Country Club of Peoria – 1st
- Illinois PGA Stroke Play #2 (Assistant Division) at Schaumburg Golf Club – T6
- Finished 14th in the 2023 Illinois PGA Don Drasler Assistant Player of the Year race
